It has been rigorously tested and does not contain pests, weeds or pathogens. It has NOT been treated with Methyl Bromide (CH₃Br).

There are no large stones, plastic or glass in this play bark, which contains no additives or colouring.

This mid brown coloured bark would look good in the majority of settings. It has a pleasant smell, being produced from mixed conifer bark, mainly pine in origin. It also contains a minimal amount of whitewood, normally within 10% of the amount bought.

The Play Bark conforms to BS EN 1176 by using the testing process BS EN 1177. It can be used as an Impact Absorbing Playground Safety Surface at a depth of 150mm and 300mm, Critical fall height in excess of 3m at 300mm depth and a maximum of 2.64m at 150mm depth.
