The 8 separate checks are carried out at critical points from harvesting right up to when the turf leaves the depot.
All turf orders will receive a signed copy of the quality control check sheet showing the stages of handling. We guarantee all turf sent to customer’s passes our rigorous testing procedure which ensures the turf meets our strict quality standards.
All this is carried out within a 6 hour time frame. If we can’t ensure the turf is sent within 6 hours of harvesting we reject the turf and start the process again. This further ensures your turf will arrive in prime condition.
